I joined Embody’s GLP-1 + GIP program after reading promotional content that made the process appear simple, supportive, and transparent. My actual experience was very different. Important eligibility details and recurring subscription terms became clear only after I had submitted payment.
The consultation was brief, and the limitations of the program were not adequately explained. I also expected accessible follow-up support, but questions about side effects and treatment expectations went unanswered. When I did receive a response, it contained general information rather than guidance related to my concerns.
The results did not match the expectations created by the promotional language, and I decided to cancel. Finding the cancellation rules was difficult, and my first request was ignored.
Embody then charged me for another month. I felt that the website emphasized appealing promises while making critical terms hard to find.
The entire experience left me frustrated, disappointed, and convinced that Embody was not the right provider for me.
