My name is Oliver Pinto, and my experience with Embody was extremely poor. I placed an order through the company because I expected a convenient and dependable service. Instead, I encountered incorrect order information, unreliable tracking details, an address problem, and customer service that I found rude and dismissive.

After waiting for more than a month without receiving my order, I became completely frustrated and asked for a refund. Based on my personal experience, I would not choose Embody as a provider again.

My Order Information Was Incorrect

The problems began when I noticed that some of the information associated with my order did not appear correct. Details such as the product type, package specifications, quantity, or other order information did not match what I believed I had selected.

This immediately concerned me. When customers purchase a health-related product online, every detail should be recorded accurately. Even a small error can create confusion and make someone question whether the correct item is being prepared and shipped.

I tried to get clarification, but the answers I received did not give me confidence that the issue had been properly reviewed. Instead of feeling reassured, I became more worried about what was happening with my order.

Tracking Details Were Not Properly Provided

I also had difficulty obtaining useful tracking details. I expected to receive a working tracking number and regular delivery updates after the order was processed. However, the information I needed was either unavailable or incomplete.

Without reliable tracking, I could not determine whether the package had actually shipped, where it was located, or when it might arrive. I had already paid for the order, yet I felt that I was being kept in the dark about its status.

Providing accurate tracking information is a basic part of an online delivery service. In my case, even getting that information became another reason to contact customer support.

The Tracking Information Was Inaccurate

When tracking information was available, it did not appear to be accurate. The updates did not clearly reflect the actual location or status of my package.

At different points, the information left me unsure whether the order was still in transit, delayed, or sent somewhere else. Checking the tracking page did not provide answers, it created even more confusion.

Customers should be able to depend on tracking updates, especially for health-related shipments. Instead, I repeatedly checked for information and still had no clear idea about where my order was.

My Order Was Sent to the Wrong Address

Eventually, it appeared that the package had been sent to the wrong address. I had provided my correct delivery information, so I could not understand why the order was directed somewhere else.

This was not a minor inconvenience. Sending a health-related package to an incorrect address may create privacy, security, and product-handling concerns. I contacted Embody and explained that I had not received the order.

I expected the company to investigate immediately, locate the shipment, or send a replacement. Instead, resolving the issue became a long and exhausting process.

I Never Received the Order

Despite all my attempts to get help, I never received my package. More than a month passed while I continued waiting and contacting the company.

During that time, I had no product, no dependable tracking information, and no clear resolution. I felt that I had paid for something and then had to take responsibility for chasing down every update myself.

Shipping problems can happen, but the way a provider responds makes a major difference. In my experience, Embody did not handle the problem with the urgency or accountability I expected.

Support Was Not Available 24/7 as Advertised

Another disappointing issue was customer-service availability. Based on the information I had seen, I expected support to be available 24/7. However, when I needed assistance, I could not consistently reach someone who could help.

This was especially frustrating because the order involved a health-related product that had apparently gone to the wrong address. I needed prompt answers, but support was not available in the way I had expected.

If a company advertises around-the-clock assistance, customers should be able to access meaningful support when a serious delivery problem occurs.

Customer Service Felt Rude and Dismissive

When I did communicate with customer service, I found the behavior rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. This describes my personal impression of the interactions I experienced.

Instead of feeling that someone was listening to my concerns, I often felt as though my questions were being brushed aside. I had to repeat the same information and follow up several times without receiving a satisfactory solution.

I was already frustrated because my order had not arrived. Being treated in a way that felt dismissive made the situation even worse.

I Finally Requested a Refund

After waiting for more than a month, I no longer wanted to continue with the order. The incorrect information, poor tracking, wrong address, and difficult customer-service experience had caused me to lose trust in the process.

I requested a refund because I had never received what I paid for. By that point, I was tired of following up and simply wanted the situation to end.

Why I Would Not Choose Embody Again

Based on my experience, I consider Embody a poor provider. The company did not meet my expectations for order accuracy, delivery, tracking, communication, or customer care.

This review reflects my individual experience, and other customers may have different outcomes. However, I encourage anyone considering Embody to confirm all order details, save copies of every message, request written tracking information, and carefully review the refund policy.

For me, the entire process was frustrating and disappointing. I never received my order, and I would not purchase from Embody again.
